How it works

Use the enquiry form with your date, venue (if you have it), and which parts of the day you are interested in. I will come back within 24 hours with availability and initial pricing.

I like to understand your day before confirming anything, the venue, the format, any specific songs you have in mind. We can do this by email or phone, whichever suits you.

A £100 deposit confirms your booking. I send you a simple booking form with all the details, you pay the deposit, and your date is held. The remaining balance can be paid before or on the day, whichever works best for you.

A few months before the wedding, I invite you over to the house. You sit and listen to me play, choose your ceremony songs, and we talk through how the day will work. Most couples spend an hour, it is one of my favourite parts of the whole process.

Shortly before the wedding we confirm the running order, the specific songs, arrival time, and any final logistics. The balance can be paid before or on the day, whichever suits you.

I arrive in good time to set up and sound check. I dress smartly, introduce myself to your coordinator, and then I play. I am there until we have agreed I should leave, and I make sure every moment is exactly as planned.

I send every couple a digital album of all the songs played on the day, a small memento that many couples tell me they value more than they expected.
