Wedding Guitarist Shropshire

Shropshire is a county I always enjoy travelling to for weddings. The combination of stunning scenery, from the Shropshire Hills to the Georgian town of Ludlow, and a wonderful collection of wedding venues makes it a great county for a wedding.

Shropshire has a particularly rich collection of wedding venues, medieval manor houses, Georgian country estates, converted barns with views across the Hills, and the historic town of Ludlow with its castle and surrounding countryside. I've played at venues across the county and always enjoy the character that Shropshire's settings bring to a wedding day. Live acoustic guitar fits naturally into the warmth and informality that many Shropshire venues encourage.

Live acoustic guitar does something that a carefully curated playlist simply cannot, it fills the room with presence. Guests notice it. They comment on it. It gives people something to enjoy and talk about while you're off having photographs taken, and it creates moments that last long after the day is over.

I play instrumental fingerstyle guitar: warm and recognisable without being overpowering. Songs people know and love, at a volume that lets conversation flow. Background music done well, not too loud, not intrusive, just right.
